Willie Woo at the age 17 skateboarded the 2008 Dew Tour in Cleveland, Ohio (pre-qualifier) without making it to the Tour. At the 2008 Hometown Heroes Series, Etnies Skatepark, Willie pre-qualified, placing top 6th as a finalist (amount 160+ contestants). Willie Woo took 7th place at the final of the "" 2008 HOMETOWN HEROES "" GRV - ETNIES event.
Willie’s still skates at VANS® The Block Skateboard Park, Orange, California. Willie just turned 18 and this year Willie has been helping re-organized his action sports company to suit the 21st century.

ONE day Willie Woo mentioned to Gale Webb that some day he would like to have his own skateboard business. That same year Willie opened his skate shop, KAOS SKATE, in Encinitas, California. (Coincidentally, the Coast Dispatch newspaper was housed in the same building and Automatic Skateboarding Magazine used their printing press to print their first issue.) Willie Woo an athletic that still excelling in motocross, snowboard, skateboard, BMX dirt-jump, and in-line skating year round as cross-training. He also helped to develop and design KAOS SKATEBOARDS™ first Pro-model (Frankie Marhx) in the year 2000.

Willie Woo has skateboarded since his early years at VANS® The Block Skateboard Park located in Orange, California, thanks to the efforts and support of Gale Webb and Steve VanDoren.
For many years Willie participated as a competitor in the California Amateur Skateboard League / United Skateboard Federation (C.A.S.L./U.S.F.). In 2005 Willie qualified and participated in the CALIFORNIA STATE GAMES finishing fourth in the 11-15 yr. old sponsored category.
